1. Make a list of your dream signs
  2. Create Symbols and Reminders
  3. Each time you get reminded that you need to do a reality check, also set your intention to do a reality check the next time you will be flying.
  4. Repeat until it becomes a habit.


A solid habit can be formed in 21 days, A rock solid habit takes longer time, like 90 days. However, experiencing your first lucid dream doesn’t usually take 21 days of consistent reality checking. We are aiming for 3-7.



Note: after 21 days of severe reality checking I had averagely one lucid/night and a friend had even better results.
