Action Plan

Okay, now you know everything you need to know about how to successfully remember, attain and control lucid dreams. You might have experienced one lucid dream, but consistent results come from consistent practice. So if you continue doing the things you learned in the last 3 days for at least a month, the rituals of questioning reality will become a habit and you will start having lucid dreams automatically and without effort. With time you will start to get better control and increase their duration.

This is the plan for the next 20 days.

  1. Write at least one entry in your dream journal per day.
  2. Continue forming the reality checking habit(you will notice that in few days it will get really easier and more automatic).
  3. Get some experience in prolonging and controlling your dreams.
